At East Midlands Masonry, we’re passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Our apprenticeship programme gives young people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning a recognised qualification in the construction industry.

We’ve proudly supported dozens of apprentices over the years, and today around 20% of our workforce started out through our in-house apprenticeship scheme. We believe in investing in people, offering them the tools, training and support they need to build a long-term career in the trade.
