Becketwell Scheme
We delivered brick and blockwork on an 11-storey student accommodation building as part of Derby’s Becketwell regeneration. The ground floor was built in traditional masonry, while the upper floors used a met sec system with brickwork cladding and masonry support installed at every other floor. The design balanced durability with modern aesthetics for long-term student use.
